What evidence do you have that there is malware on your pc? Make a bootable rescue USB, boot from it and run a full scan with maxed out settings.

i've been using rkill and its honestly a great tool but its been lately detecting like 90 bajillion files and almost all or every single one i think was placed in temp for some reason "unknown target"

Bleeping Computer has a utility called RKill which will terminate malware processes and reverts obviously malicious policies/registry entries, as well as reset executable associations. When your computer boots after the step 1 scan, run RKill. Do not rest

With all these things, should I still do something? These look like false positive detections. Contact the vendors if you are concerned. False positive. All Flags are from unknown/bad AVs. Nothing else to indicate any malicious intent from what I can see.
